Track

Program Description: Track is a running, jumping and throwing sport for children of all abilities from the 4th through 8th grades.
The goal of the Track program is the development of children in the following areas: social, athletic, spiritual, moral, leadership, physical fitness, positive attitude, goal setting, continuous improvement, team work, planning, and having fun.
About our staff: Our Coaches are very experienced and work hard to achieve the goals stated in the program description.

Regular Season runs From mid March through mid May

LOOKING FOR THE “KEY”


The "Key" is the development of energy which leads to momentum.

Energy is developed through:
A)Physical fitness(good health)
B)Positive attitude
Note-negative attitude is a big drain on energy
-in a team situation positive attitude helps
develop team spirit and chemistry.

Once we gain positive energy the final step is to develop a game plan
and execute. Remember the basis of a game plan should stress preparation
and fundamentals.

Teams and individuals that know the importance of Leadership, teamwork,
continuous improvement, a positive attitude, physical fitness and having
fun go a long way.
